John is Managing Consultant with Kite Consulting, recognised consultancy specialists in the UK Dairy Sector..
John comes from a dairy farming family brought up in the Peak District. He worked with ADAS for 20 years becoming Head of Agriculture and left in 2000 to establish Kite consulting. He has experience of the industry at all levels, working with  farmers, agribusiness, processors and retailers and has an excellent knowledge of the food chain.  In addition he has worked in the US, NZ and in Eastern Europe as well as being a member of the International Farm Comparison Network, which brings a wider international perspective to his work.

He is passionate about dairy and positive about the long term future of our industry.
