Prior to retiring from full time employment, 22 years spent with Fullwood Ltd, as Technical Director leading development and product support teams.  Early career of almost 20 years with ADAS (UK leading consultancy business) latterly as National Specialist in Milking Technology and acting as consultant to farmers, veterinary surgeons, milking equipment manufacturers and others.
