Having studied Engineering at Selwyn College, Cambridge and Business at Manchester University, I am now Managing Partner of Longley Farm. In Yorkshire, we make fresh dairy products and farm arable, pigs and Jersey cows. In Australia we have a dairy factory focussed on export and run a small Red Poll herd.  We are partners in  a farm in Estonia . In Uruguay we farm a Jersey milking herd with a Red Poll beef operation. My special agricultural interests are the production and application of milk components;  the environment ; sustainability;  the ethics of farming.
