After leaving Seale Hayne in 1991 David joined Genus management as a dairy consultant working in North Wales and Cheshire. Returning to Promar, after a few years with Andersons, he established a new team to deliver significant one off projects to farmers and the supply chain. His growing team of 18 staff and 65 associates works across the supply chain, with some top name companies. In the last year the team worked in 41 countries around the globe, largely in dairy and horticulture. Strategic areas of interest are International Dairy and horticulture, market research relating to farming and food, dairy benchmarking, leadership, sustainability, water and environmental land management. The biggest buzz comes from developing, delivering or implementing innovative ideas, for commercial business.
