Nic has been with Tesco supporting the Dairy team for four years before this within Arla Foods and Ruminant feed sales and seven years dairy farming. His main duties based around the liaison with Processors and farmers of the Tesco Sustainable Dairy Group (TSDG) and now the Tesco Cheese Group and stakeholders such as Promar, Alltech and Authenticate. He has been involved with developing Standards for the groups and dairy farmers in the supply chain. Other key projects have been

• Livestock Code of Practice review 2015 and now V4 2018
• Contract alignment of all farmers to the same COP mechanism
• Delivery of QVIS Balanced Scorecard benchmarking our TSDG
• Representing Tesco and the Dairy supply chain in industry discussions… Red Tractor board, AHDB,; along with campaign groups (CiWF, RSPCA)
